Mark Roscioli - Principal
Mark has over 16 years of experience in the real estate and telecom site investment industries. He founded 17 Mile in 2008 and has purchased and developed numerous properties, primarily in Philadelphia. Over his career, Mark has been involved in a broad array of activities in the real estate and telecom and tower industries, including acquisitions, financing, development, asset management, brokerage and consulting.
Benjamin Long, Principal
Ben has over 25 years of professional experience, 17 of which have focused on telecom site investment and management. During his career, Mr. Long has purchased or brokered over $50M in telecom assets and raised over $60M in capital. He founded Telecom Group Management (“TGM”) in 2002 and, like Mark, has been involved in a broad array of activities in the telecom and tower industry, including acquisitions, financing, development, asset management, brokerage and consulting.
Joel Garfinkel, Partner
Joel has been with 17 Mile for the last 5 years and has been involved in all facets of real estate and telecom transactions for the Company.
